Space Adventure Series

Star Wars is an American space movie. It was followed by sequels The Empire Strikes back and Return of Jedi. A prequel trilogy was released between 1999 and 2005. All the six films were either nominated or won the Academy awards and collected a total earning which amounted to a staggering $4.38 billion. An expanded media franchise has been spawned from this series called Star Wars Expanded Universe in books, television, video games and computer games. 20th Century Fox retains the distribution rights for the first two trilogies and owning permanent rights to the 1977 film which started it all. The movie is amazing and keeps you pointed to your seats no matter how many times you watch it. The playback music is superb and also the visual effects leave you startled. It was a big hit of that time and with its new part coming soon all the star wars fans are waiting heavily to go and enjoy the same ride.

The events in Star War obtain position in a fictional galaxy. Lots of species of aliens are depicted. Space travel is commonplace and robotic droids are present who serve their masters. There are lots of planets in the galaxy that are member of the huge state, later modernized as Galactic Empire. The prominent feature is the presence of ‘Force’ which can be harness by those with the ability known as force-sensitive. The Star Wars progressed into the world of computer games and witnessed immense popularity. Star War games have been developed for PlayStations and computers. The recently released games are Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Star Wars battlefront has released two versions and the third version is due to be released on 8th December 2015 called the Battle of Jakku.
